- When one knob goes, they go together. All taps work under the same heat and grease, so a worn one is rarely the only one. We check the whole set even if you report a single knob.
- The grill blocks before any other burner because it sits directly above the food and takes the rising grease. That is why "only half the grill lights".
- An oven door sags, it does not fail suddenly. The spring loses tension gradually and the door then hangs on the hinge until it twists.
- A yellow flame after switching to natural gas is the old injector, not the burner.
- Thermal shock is the enemy of cast supports and glass — cold water on hot metal or hot glass.

The flame turned yellow after switching to natural gas — why?
The LPG injector is the wrong size for natural gas. Injectors must be changed and every burner re-set after a conversion. It is not a burner fault.
Only one side of the grill lights — is that serious?
No. In most cases the grill gas path is blocked with grease. Clearing and re-setting solves it.
