How did FixStove start?

FixStove started in 2020 as a division specialized in cooking-appliance repair within the Smart Services group. We noticed a large gap in the Egyptian market: there was no repair center dedicated to stoves and ovens only. What existed was either slow, expensive authorized agents, or general repair workshops that did not master this appliance type.

In 5 years, we grew from a small Cairo team into a specialized center with over 100 technicians, serving Cairo and Giza as a priority plus all major Egyptian governorates. We have served over a million home customers plus thousands of commercial facilities — restaurants, hotels, cafés, and large corporations.

FixStove's unique advantage: full specialization in cooking appliances — stoves, ovens, built-ins, hobs, hoods, and commercial equipment. Not a "general repair center" that fixes anything. That is what gives our technicians the deepest expertise in every appliance type.
