Specialists in chimney hoods — the classic style with a chimney protruding on the wall. The strongest in suction and the most popular in spacious Egyptian kitchens.
1 The chimney hood is the most popular classic hood style. It features a chimney protruding on the wall, extending from the hood to the ceiling. Its characteristics: high suction power (higher than other types), a look that is classic and modern at once, hiding the ducts inside the chimney, and availability in varied finishes (stainless steel, glass, colors).
2 The design: a lower hood body containing the motor and filters, a chimney protruding on the wall to hide the ducts, strong lighting under the hood, and a control panel (touch on modern models).

Causes & fixThe fan needs cleaning or replacement, or the motor is wearing out from intensive use.
Causes & fixThe chimney is not fitted correctly or has a leak, so smoke escapes instead of going outside.
The halogen or LED lamps are burnt out or the lighting circuit is faulty.
The touch control panel is faulty or needs a deep clean.
The stop sensor is faulty, so the motor keeps running even after the hood is turned off.
